Delivery information

All Railcards are despatched either by Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery.

All orders received before 5pm (Monday to Friday) or 11am (Saturday) will be processed and despatched the same day.

If you select Royal Mail Special Delivery – there is a guaranteed delivery before 1pm next working day. You will also be fully compensated for the cost of the Railcard in the unlikely event it is lost during delivery. Please note that items sent by Special Delivery do need to be signed for when delivered so please make sure that there is someone at the delivery address you give who will be able to receive it, otherwise you may have to collect it from your local Royal Mail Delivery office.
